You need to get over your conspiracy theory. The city didn't make this a campaign issue, Kelty did. The city is still in negotiations with the property owners. The test reports are subject to a confidentiality agreement during negotiations. The end.

If the city buys this property AND is expected to also clean it up because it's in the purchase agreement, oh man look out!!!!

OmniSource executive to lead Henry transition team From staff reports

Mayor-elect Tom Henry announced Thursday that Benjamin Eisbart, vice president of administration for OmniSource Corp., will lead his transition team.

Eisbart is a former owner of an executive search consulting firm he founded, The Eisbart Group, and has a master’s degree in guidance and counseling from Alfred University in New York. He’s a two-term former City Councilman and has served in elected and appointed positions within the city and county for more than 30 years.

More appointments are expected for the next few weeks.
